The LD Series is a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid deep cycle AGM battery designed with a 12-15 years design life in float service. Featuring a unique grid structure, special super corrosion-resistant alloy, and unique active material formula, it provides 30% longer life than regular lead-acid AGM batteries. It is the perfect choice for deep cycle use, reliable for backup and solar cycle applications.

Are you a battery manufacturer, and do you produce the plates yourself?
Yes, we are a professional battery manufacturer with more than 17 years of experience. We produce our own lead plates to ensure consistent quality control.
What is the typical delivery time for orders?
Usually, it takes about 7 days for stock products, around 20 days for half-container orders, and 30 days for 20ft full-container orders.
How does your factory ensure product quality?
We adopt the ISO 9001 system. This includes Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, Production Quality Control (PQC) for in-process inspection, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to ensure no defective batteries leave the factory.
Why do batteries have different capacities at different hour rates?
Battery capacity is dynamic and depends on discharge current. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Amp-hours than a high discharge current (like a 2-hr rate).
What is the shelf life of a VRLA battery and how should it be maintained?
VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging. In hot climates, we recommend recharging every 3 months.
Can I perform a partial replacement of my battery bank?
Partial replacement of lead-acid battery banks is not recommended, as it can lead to imbalances and reduced service life for the new batteries.
