What is the material of the boat?
We use Marine grade 5083 aluminum-magnesium alloy as the raw material. As a marine grade, the 5 series aluminum alloy has excellent anti-corrosion and rust resistance. Secondly, the aluminum can be sprayed in any color we want.
Can I assemble your Boat locally?
For pontoon boats, our dealers usually have the ability to assemble them. They are simple and easy to assemble, which also saves shipping costs. For houseboats, we recommend shipping as a whole unit due to complex welded frames and systems.
How do you transport a houseboat?
Because the houseboat width is more than 2.3M, we use 40FT Flat Rack High Cube for shipment, capable of transporting boats up to 11.6M long, 4M wide, and 4M high.
What are the main configurations of the houseboat?
Houseboats are fully equipped including electrical systems (batteries, solar, inverter), water systems, a finished kitchen, sofa, mattress, and toilet. Engines are optional, typically recommended in the 60HP to 110HP range.
Can you accept customization?
Whether it is a pontoon boat or houseboat, we can accept customization. We work closely with customers to listen to suggestions and meet specific requirements.
What is your lead time?
Usually, production time for 3 to 10 units of pontoon boats is about 30~35 days. For houseboats, the lead time is approximately 3 months due to high demand.
