Do you make customized products?
Yes, all parts are custom made according to customers' drawings or samples. We can sign an NDA before you send us your designs to ensure security.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Usually we don't set a strict MOQ, but larger quantities benefit from more competitive pricing. We are happy to provide samples first to ensure quality standards.
What information is needed for a quote?
Please provide the product 2D drawing in PDF format and 3D drawing in STEP or STP format.
How long is the lead time for samples and bulk orders?
For samples, if no tooling is needed, lead time is around 15 days; with tooling, it is about 30 days. Bulk production typically takes 35-45 days depending on quantity.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T. For orders under 1000 USD, 100% in advance. For orders over 1000 USD, 50% deposit in advance and 50% balance before shipment.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional factory with ISO certification, ensuring high quality and direct manufacturing oversight.
